ABOUT
My life in the home building industry started at a young age. I grew up cleaning up job sites as a kid. At 19, I started as a carpenter framing homes. After 9 years as a frame and trim carpenter, I moved on to work for a residential builder in Naples FL. I was a project manager building single family homes in golf course communities, while also obtaining my Florida Contractor’s License.
In 2016, my family and I decided to move to Knoxville, TN. I continued to refine my building skills and gain local building knowledge working as a project manager for a local builder.
Working nights and weekends for two years doing small renovations, I started Penfield Homes and became a Tennessee licensed contractor. Now I have turned my full attention to Penfield Homes.
Penfield Homes is about more than just 18 years of building experience. I believe that; industry knowledge, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and honest, open communication are key to a solid relationship between home owner and builder.
